PostSubject: HK VS Shen Zhen?   Fri Aug 08, 2008 6:37 pm

I went to both countries last year and wanted to know which is the holiday destination you would go?
I always thought HK is the best since it had the best media coverage and stuffs.

BUT I WAS WRONG!

I went to Shen Zhen and the hotel is HUGGGGEEEEE~.
But when I went to HK, the hotel is small and stinks of cigarettes. D:
The worst thing is both hotel have ard the same price.

And also, Shen Zhen can buy lots of gd imitation. LOL

Anyway, my point is, if you hadn't read this post, which would you likely to go to?

I went to HK once for 7days last year May.Embarassed
The trip there was very good. I love the food (SO MUCH!) and of course, the shoppings!
The hotel I stayed was Marco Polo HongKong - 5 stars and it costs really expensive.
I wouldn't recommend the hotel as it's not really that "5-stars"..

I'll be traveling to HK again this September. Only 3D2N though!

I have never thought of going Shen Zhen.. but one day I might. Heh heh.
Shanghai/Beijing in my list though.

Hmm, I have the impression that Shen Zhen is not safe. Someone once told me that there are a lot of thefts, and the people there steal in a very swift manner such that you wouldn't even notice. That person told me that the robbers can slit a hole under your handbag or bag without you noticing, and collect the stuff inside. I seriously dunno how they do it if that is true.

I've been to Hong Kong before. It was quite nice. I remember going to Ocean Park. Took a lot of pictures but I don't really remember many of the rides I sat. Between Shen Zhen and Hong Kong, I'd definitely choose Hong Kong! It's safer even though many people in Hong Kong smoke. I remember something about Hong Kong too... it's a very very crowded place. Seems like the people there like to go out! Haha.
