I found out that Clarins is letting you try samples of 1 out of 5 of their selected skincare products (but you can only choose 1 of the 5) for free. Today, I just received my sample for the Protective Whitening Day Lotion SPF 20 PA++, which is a moisturiser and sunblock. Gonna try it out soon *happy* My friend who recommended me this will get her samples tomorrow

Yup. You can collect at any branch. I collected mine at Centrepoint while my friend collected hers at Causeway.

I chose the Protective Whitening Day Lotion SPF 20 PA++, which is a sunblock. I find it quite good as the sunblock is not thick and not diluted. So it somehow doesn't feel heavy on the skin, and my skin is not oily after I apply it. And I like the smell of the sunblock. It's some plant smell cos Clarins uses plants to make the products. They gave original mini bottles as it's samples. Somehow my 10 day supply came in 3 mini bottles, 5ml each.

You've got to check your email. Maybe it went into your junk mail. I received my confirmation email from them almost instantly.

Hmm, but you have to produce your confirmation email printout when you go there. They didn't seem like they had records for online appointments though. I dunno if you can also collect it without the printout... Maybe you can try resending your application again? Which sample did you apply for?
