I can't resist the temptation of having good food and/or eat all my 2-3 meals daily + some snacks (I don't snack daily though).
I feel fat each time I "over-eat".
Seems like even when I'm having normal meals, I would feel very... "fat" too.

How to slim down effectively without having to change my meals habit, or to remain in shapes?

I'm lazy when comes to exercise.. lol though I swim about 2-4 times a week.

LOL. If you want to become slimmer or keep in shape, you must do something ! Cannot be lazy bout exercising nor not changing your diet. There must be at least minimal changes. You can't have your cake and eat it too ! Smile

Haha. It's horrible to when you want to go on a diet and all the delicious food start popping out in front of you. Lol. my friend introduced me to this detox thing and meal replacement. Tried it for 2 weeks and I lost 3 kgs Very Happy
And of course, I managed to keep the good food out of my mind.

There are a number of supplements u can take to control your appetite or burn fats or block carbos. Last time i tried Herbalife and their herbal TOTAL WEIGHT CONTROL is quite useful in helping me to feel full when i only eat alittle.

However i think ur issue is more abt emotional eating than having big appetites. U can try keeping a food journal - noting down the time, location, ur mood when u eat, and the scale of hunger u r when u eat. Write everything that u put into ur mouth in the journal so u can keep track. At e end of a wk, look thru it and see where u can improve. Like if u realize that u tend to snack alot on certain times of day or when u r feeling a certain mood but ur hunger scale is like 0-2 (lesser, means less hungry)- that means u gotta keep a lid on ur emotions and do other things such as reading a magazine, playing (anything to take ur mind off eating!) than eating when u feel that way.

I would recommend the one I took! Very Happy:D It's called B&H, blue cover (:
first few days, I keep going to the toilet. But soon after that, I did realised that I lost weight Very Happy:D

haha..i keep eating non-stop, esp when i'm stress..even though i felt fat, everyone is telling me tt i'm getting thinner with each passing day..

might be due to work nature..been feeling so stress lately and e fact tt i never walk around in office. i run.. Embarassed

still, try going for long walks..it helps in slimming down. when i was young (me now very old liao, i feel lah), i used to walk alot..walking is one of the cheapest way in slimming down.

not those slow slow walks..but try walking briskly..it helps..

SIAN! I haven't been exercising much when i started wrking temporarily tooo!! I miss my runs! GRRR now i could only run once a wk among my busy schedules. But now i've been taking the stairs when i go to office. My office is on 9th floor and i took 36 flights of stairs up every day for 2 times. I tink stairs climbing mostly build muscles and strengthens ur legs. cuz i havent lost any weight yet...

I also have ridden horses twice now at JB but the riding session is less den 1 hr. Still its pretty breathless exercise..when u were riding on the horse while he trotted away..its exciting too..

anyway i can't wait for my work to ends and sch to starts so i can resume my gym regime & i gonna intensify it to lose more weight! I'm at plateau now...been at my current weight sinceeee a couple f months!! OMG! =xx I soo gonna lose 5 kg more! Hahaha

I tried London weight mgt's detox drink - those packets with rice rite? haha its actually quite filling if u follow the instruction. And its good to replace ur dinner if u wanna lose weight. however if u stop using that drink and go back to ur usual eating habits w/o cutting back calories or portions, u still can regain back ur weight juz like any other weight loss 'magic plans'.

The best reliable way to lose the weight for good and make it stick is to eat moderately , watch ur food portions and exercise exercise!!!

Hmm, well I guess weight isn't a very big problem. What matters is how we look yea? Someone can look very slim but weigh heavy cos of muscles ma. And the detox drink I'm referring to is the blackcurrent one i think. The one is rice is the meal replacement? I like their coffee drink LOL.
