Aeropostale Spree

Can someone set up another Aeropostale spree please? The previous one was cancelled because there were too many OOS items. I still wanna get some stuff from Aeropostale. I hope spree organisers will consider this. Thanks!

I am contemplating but the stuff come and go very very quickly. Just one day later, the stuff/ size / color may already be OOS so I don't know if it's worth opening. =/

Hmm quite true, and the aeropostale merchant told me some items are under backorder, then after a few days, they tell me that they have cancelled my order T.T

Oic. But I guess the sizes n colours of clothes will come and go quickly only when it's during the sale period? How about when it's not during the sale period? Sorry I haven't bought anything from aeropostale before so I don't really understand how ordering with them goes...

Hmm ever since the last time we had a discussion on opening Aeropostale I signed up for their newsletter and visit their site regular.

Apparently, they do have discounts quite often (but all are very short term, like within 24hrs) to encourage impulse buying =x And thus, so far I observe their stock go out very very quickly. In cases where the sizes or colors come in after OOS, it 'disappears' within 24hrs.. So,
I am thinking we need to close the spree very quickly if we do open it again.

Okie. Thanks for the info! I don't mind participating again if there is another Aeropostale spree Really wanna get some clothes from them! Lolz I also don't mind if the spree is closed fast. Though we'll get our stuff faster, the only downside is that shipping is shared among less people.

I have been thinking about what we can do.

The only way I feel is possible for the AST spree is,

Fix a date to close the thread, spree-ers need to check their items regularly to ensure still in stock and etc.

But the only problem is payment.

Oic. For me, I always place an order and pay at the same time. Maybe we can get the other spree-ers who joined the previous Aeropostale spree to see if they are interested in the spree again...

But xiaohei, I'm not sure if your method will work even with prompt payment from everyone. Cos this seems to be the same process for the previous spree, right? Except that everyone monitors the stock of their items closely. But if Aeropostale doesn't update their stock on the website regularly, it won't be of use too. I think setting up a last minute spree would be better, as chances of the order going through will be higher, but then again there will be too few orders. Haiz... everything has it's pros and cons.

Hmm, the stock system seems to be tied with the display we see. Once OOS, the size/color disappear from the choice/ drop-down menu. This is what I observe. : )

Oic. Last minute spree means close in 1 or 2 days, depending on the discount code and of cos to allow for payment too. Hmm, 2 out of 3 of the items I ordered still have stocks. I don't mind buying.
