1.) AIRFREIGHT ASSISTANT (IMPORT/EXPORT)

Location: Changi
Salary: S$1.5k and above depending on qualification and experience

Responsibilities:
IMPORT
  • Preparation of import permit
  • Contact airlines / cargo agents for release of cargo
  • Liaising with Traffic Dept regarding delivery to customers
  • Invoicing


EXPORT
  • Handle customers’ enquiries for all export bookings
  • Co-ordinate with carriers to ensure timely export bookings
  • Preparation of export permits, AWB for shipment
  • Execute permits declaration
  • Arrange collection of cargoes from customers


Qualifications/ Requirements:
  • GCE ‘O’ Level & above
  • 2-3 years experience in same capacity in freight forwarding industry
  • Good Interpersonal and communication skills
  • An organized and good team player
  • Knowledge of customs declaration & Tradenet will be an added advantage
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Able to commence work immediately
  • Work location: Changi Airfreight Center


2.) Position: Architects/Building/Construction Management/Quantity Surveying (URGENT!)

Location: Town, 5days
Salary:
S$2k – S$5k depending on experience and qualification.

Fresh grads or candidates with experience are welcome to apply.

3.) Position: Finance Analyst (US MNC)


Location: Science Park (Transport provided @ Outram MRT)
Salary:
S$2k and above depending on experience and qualification

Responsibilities:
  • Provide accurate and timely weekly and monthly sales position versus target information to the Commercial team.
  • Assist in analyzing price, profitability, gap to quarterly sales through understanding of demand, supply and market factors
  • Collect, compile verify and analyze financial information and economic indicators trends and variances for strategic and operational decisions.
  • Credit analyzing and order credit release
  • Drives collection of past due payment thru Commercial/Customer Service team


Requirements:
  • A recognized degree/diploma in Accountancy or business.

  • A minimum of 3 years experience in finance analyst related field.

  • Fresh Grad with good aptitude will be considered

4.) Position: South Pacific Finance Manager (US MNC)

Location: Science Park (Transport provided @ Outram MRT)
Salary: S$6k and above depending on experience and qualification

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Formulate and execute company policy, direct and co-ordinate financial forecast and budget preparation, generate and control business operation and growth.
  • Plans, organizes, and directs fiscal and monthly reports compliance with company finance policy, US and local accounting standards.
  • Supervise risk management, debt management, cash management, treasure management, tax management, inventory management, investment, and business licensing administration.
  • Control finance balance and ensure SAP based accounting system is properly maintains and operated, and optimized upon business requirement.
  • Report the performance of each department, entities as required with consolidation capabilities.
  • Ensure financial records and reports are in compliance with the established accounting policies and procedures, including the reconciliation of any financial reports prepared and JV management.
  • Liaise with internal and external auditors regarding annual and ad hoc auditing, establish proper and adequate internal and audit procedures.
  • Manage department organization, team performance and talent development; demonstrate continuous effort to improve operations.
  • Sets forth desired objectives, develop procedures, and propose changes coming up with ways to maximize profit to the company.
  • Continually evaluate established policies and process, update or modify them as necessary.
  • Provide the business analytical report and analysis as requested by senior management, propose necessary action plan for business operation.
  • Cooperate with and work around others, involving suggestion solutions, influencing, making compromises and coordinating with relevant resources to get things done.
  • Harmonize opposing and/or competing interests among diverse groups under difficult and fragile circumstances, involving reconciliation of conflicts and overcoming opposition’s background.

REQUIREMENTS:
  • University Degree subject in Accounting/Business Management or related field.
  • 10 years of finance experience within 5 years substantial practice in managerial role in MNC.
  • Solid technical and analytical skill with strong leadership and ability to manage finance function.
  • Has ability to make the decision with strong influence skill.
  • Excellent English language skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skill.
  • Be familiar with US and local accounting standard.
  • Share company value with integrity spirit.

5.) Position: Treasury Analyst (US MNC)

Location:
Science Park (Transport provided @ Outram MRT)
Salary: Depending on experience and qualification

6.) Position: Receptionist (US MNC)


Location: Science Park (Transport provided)
Salary:
S$1.7k – S$2.1k

  • Relevant experience preferably in MNC but optional
  • Female Chinese


7.) Position: Design Documentation Coordinator

Location: Senoko Way (Transport provided)
Salary:
S$1.4k and above depending on qualification and experience
  • Document Control
  • Knowledge of autocad
  • Knowledge of ISO 9000 is an advantange
  • Fresh grads welcome
  • Bilingual in CHINESE and ENGLISH
