i just saying that being fun and outgoing and taking initiatives are very important.

imagine u are very thick skinned but aint doing anything then just sit and wait, no girls (at least decent ones) would throw themselves at you la.

hi bro , to ease the atmosphere , just be natural . don;t try to act / hide your true character .
if u are still shy on initiating a date with the girl . try to go out as a group. ask her best friend along , u bring urs along . best is both of u have mutual friends . observe her when going out as a group. listen to what she says , observe the things that she like .
when u have successfully asked her out for a date, elaborate on those topics that u have gathered from observing her .

cos i can tell you, a girl's best friend's words are worth a million. If her friends think you're a nice guy for her, they will talk good about you and of cos, her impression of you will improve.

Bring out the gentleman in you when you go out with them. Being nice to her best friends can go a way for you.

BUT!!!

Don't be over-friendly until they get the wrong idea and think that you're interested in the friend!!!

Of cos, you need to balance that yourself.
