haha..i keep eating non-stop, esp when i'm stress..even though i felt fat, everyone is telling me tt i'm getting thinner with each passing day..

might be due to work nature..been feeling so stress lately and e fact tt i never walk around in office. i run.. Embarassed

still, try going for long walks..it helps in slimming down. when i was young (me now very old liao, i feel lah), i used to walk alot..walking is one of the cheapest way in slimming down.

not those slow slow walks..but try walking briskly..it helps..

and i heard stair climbing is a myth!!!

so, i think i shall start walking to the mrt station instead of taking bus for a start =/

SIAN! I haven't been exercising much when i started wrking temporarily tooo!! I miss my runs! GRRR now i could only run once a wk among my busy schedules. But now i've been taking the stairs when i go to office. My office is on 9th floor and i took 36 flights of stairs up every day for 2 times. I tink stairs climbing mostly build muscles and strengthens ur legs. cuz i havent lost any weight yet...

I also have ridden horses twice now at JB but the riding session is less den 1 hr. Still its pretty breathless exercise..when u were riding on the horse while he trotted away..its exciting too..

anyway i can't wait for my work to ends and sch to starts so i can resume my gym regime & i gonna intensify it to lose more weight! I'm at plateau now...been at my current weight sinceeee a couple f months!! OMG! =xx I soo gonna lose 5 kg more! Hahaha

I tried London weight mgt's detox drink - those packets with rice rite? haha its actually quite filling if u follow the instruction. And its good to replace ur dinner if u wanna lose weight. however if u stop using that drink and go back to ur usual eating habits w/o cutting back calories or portions, u still can regain back ur weight juz like any other weight loss 'magic plans'.

The best reliable way to lose the weight for good and make it stick is to eat moderately , watch ur food portions and exercise exercise!!!

Hmm, well I guess weight isn't a very big problem. What matters is how we look yea? Someone can look very slim but weigh heavy cos of muscles ma. And the detox drink I'm referring to is the blackcurrent one i think. The one is rice is the meal replacement? I like their coffee drink LOL.

I've heard that HIIT [High Intensity Interval Training] is very effective. Sprint for 30sec and rest or jog slowly for 90sec then all over again for a few sets. Half an hour is more than enough per session/day.

As you get stronger you can decrease the resting time to 60sec and eventually 30secs.

For the girls, cons are you might grow muscles on your leg.

And of course diet is as important as the training.
