I've been a netballer since 8-9 years ago. been playing until recently. before that, i was a swimmer for around 6 years.

and now, I also play basketball, softball and swam for my hall (hostel) during inter-hall games. =X

I play volleyball, badminton (casually) too.

But, I am not the running kind of person, prefer ball-games or team sports.

What's the most effective ways to slim down or remain in shapes?

I can't resist the temptation of having good food and/or eat all my 2-3 meals daily + some snacks (I don't snack daily though).
I feel fat each time I "over-eat".
Seems like even when I'm having normal meals, I would feel very... "fat" too.

How to slim down effectively without having to change my meals habit, or to remain in shapes?

I'm lazy when comes to exercise.. lol though I swim about 2-4 times a week.
