I'm just wondering if anybody here is facing the same problem as I do.
I am rather frustrated to have to undergo such connection problem esp. when I'm doing something important online.
The connection will just go off suddenly with error, or that it has timed-out and etc.

Called them up weeks ago and realized that there was a problem with their server islandwide and seems like the problem has not been resolved! Urggghh!!

but no such problem. maybe it's time to change ur router? or modem? =/

vin, actually i use starhub too.

they have some serve problem since long ago. but recently they came to my area and fix some things.

been ok for me.

I've seen some complaints from other forums too.. Seems like it's the problem from Starhub's.. I was so afraid that it was because of my router (which I've already changed to a new one!)... and now I know the ans. -_-"

Sigh. So frustrating!

aww.. i don't deny Starhub BB does screw up sometimes.

but overall i am a happy hubber ^-^

my connection is quite bad too..it has been quite bad since i signed up a few years ago..now just waiting for contract to end, before doing a upgrade.. =)

ohhh... if you think that think that by switching to singtel .. and hope that its going to solve your problem ... then you are very wrong...! for some reason my singnet always suffers from frequent connection prob... just like starhub... irritating!

actually ...... i feel starhub gets us d/c sometimes.
but singnet can be really frustrating sometimes. (i used it before)

Yeah although starhub gives me crap at times.. I still love starhub.
Oh one more thing. I heard if u DL stuff via singnet, you'll get caught easily.

i'm using starhub's mobile broadband now..i think it's better than my own internet connection!! jeez..

ya..it's e one with white usb stick..just use it the way u normally use a thumbdrive.

it costs about 20 bucks a month when i signed up weeks ago..not sure if it's still this price or not..=)
