Yes yes!
It is an advert you placed on your blog. If advertiser chose to advertise on your blog, you earn $ with each different ads. Some cost $1+ per ad etc. In order to cash out, you need to earn $50.
I don't think wordpress support that though. Geez.

Nope.
If I'm not wrong, only if your traffic is good (after you placed the nuffnang ad in your blog), nuffnang's advertiser will choose whether to have their ads place at your blog. If they do, you'll earn money.. like $1+ per ad. or few cents. Haha. It all depends~ & can only cash-out when u reached $50.
